February is the shortest month and marks the end of winter. Embracing lockdown and the notion of introspection, during that period I maintained a journal alongside my daily image-making, documenting how the seasonal shift affected my mood and appearance.
My work and its narrative emerge from the process of reviewing this material – my emotions, thoughts and images.
